I have used Travelocity though Yahoo! Travel for 6 of my airline reservations and have never been disappointed. The best value in my mind is that you can pick your OWN seat!
The great thing about this site is its ease of use and very little graphics so that you can get in, make your reservation and get out. I have made reservations to destinations from Seattle to San Diego and as far away as Boston, all without hassle and tickets delivered as promised.
SEATING
Seating is usually so vague when you talk to a travel agent. At Travelocity, once you go through picking one of the lowest fares, you can pick you seat on a seating chart which appears on the screen. No more trying to change your seat at the ticket counter when your idea of behind the wing is farther back than what the agent thought you'd like.
PRICE
I've compared their fares to several of the online reservation systems including Lowest Fare and Expedia. I have seen the fares usually a few dollars cheaper by going with Travelocity.
OVERALL
I would highly recommend them for your next travel getaway. If you're in a jam, you can contact their agents directly and get answers to your problems right away. That's very reassuring when you want to make a change in your itinerary. You cannot go wrong using Travelocity.
