Pros: Saves money on gasoline. Cons: Only available at the gas station you selected.
Priceline now offers a gasoline card through their WebHouse program. I recently signed up and this is what I thought.
First of all, the idea of saving money at the gas pump is what attracted me to this service. I own a 1995 BMW M3 (see my...

Pros: save a few bucks Cons: time tradeoff
This is merely a brief review of Priceline.com's latest grocery offering, along with mention of valupage.com's discounts.
I am an avid reader or Wired magazine and user of the Internet. I gave up on cable so that I could afford DSL. If...

Pros: A careful, dedicated user could save some money. Cons: The hassle-o-meter is reading off the scale.
How much do you think your time is worth? That's the real factor that determines whether you'll like Priceline or not.
As a working mom, my aims in any transaction are simple: 1. Save money. 2. Save time. To save a little of one, I'm...

Pros: Save lots of money! Cons: Unable to pick a specific brand. They are beginning to charge a $3.00 fee to use the service/ month
I love to save money but hate to put any effort into it. I have tried that coupon thing many times and found it to by way to much work for little reward. I actually ended up buying things that I really did not want or need! I was skeptical about...

Pros: Save money Cons: It doesnt work and customer service stinks
I tried unsuccessfully to use the gas priceline.com for a month and a half. Does this service really work? I complained numerous times to them by phone and e-mail and got unskilled workers who didn’t have a clue, they could not even report my card as...

Pros: Savings Cons: Limited To Brands Chosen By WebHouse, and Tokens Are A Pain To Acquire
There is no doubt that you can save quite a bit of money using Priceline's WebHouse, but there are a few drawbacks.
To begin with, the advertising that you see for Priceline's grocery service is a bit misleading. It states that you can get...

Pros: Name your own price, SAVE MONEY!!! Cons: You can't always get the brand you want, no more using coupons :(
I just walked out of the grocery store 7/6/00 and paid 18.36 for 44.83 worth of groceries & used no coupons! My best Priceline Webhouse deal yet! I just bought 6- twelve packs of pop (3 Pepsi, 3 Coke), 9 Yoplait Yogurts, and a bag of salad and only...

Pros: Nice concept! Cons: Only worked once!
After MANY months of waiting my Priceline gas card arrived this week (7-11). So I immediately had to try it! This is my opinion of the service.
I live in Michigan, land of the HIGHEST gas prices in the country. Could it be America's way of...

Pros: Awesome Savings! No more searching for the gas station with the lowest price. Cons: Make sure you go to the correct station and only pump the amount you paid for on Priceline.com
It was great while it lasted, this portion of Priceline has now gone out of business. I guess I'll just have to get used to paying full price for my gas and groceries again. :(
BTW... Here is the e-mail that was sent out in case anyone is...

Pros: Reasonable Savings, Easy, No Coupons To Cut Cons: Limited Selection, Take Your Chances on Brands
I hate grocery shopping, I hate clipping coupons, I hate vacuuming but that's another review. I signed up for the Priceline.Com grocery program as a result of a review I read here on Epinions.Com. I've used the service twice so I'll concentrate on my...

Pros: save money, bidding is fun Cons: time consuming, your store may not have every product
I no longer pay the high prices advertised at my local store. In fact, I have saved 66% several times by bidding on my groceries at Priceline.com. Here's how it works:
First, you give them your name, address, credit card information, etc....

Pros: Lowest Prices on Everyday Items Cons: Store is not guaranteeing to have the item in stock
I have used Priceline.com for my grocery purchases 4 or 5 times now. I wouldn't say its the only way I shop as they do on the commercials but I DO use it faithfully for items that are rarely on sale.
Priceline gives you several ways to earn...

Pros: Can save money Cons: Can spend more than grocery retail
Name your price for everyday shopping items and save is the pitch. The reality is that while you can save money it will cost you more than you are quoted.
All bids must be put on a major credit card. Customers are given some 1/2 price...

Pros: Save a few pennies Cons: inconvenient and a big hassle
You've got to have lots of free time, know your prices at your local grocery store, know what's on sale (so you don't end up paying more for something that's on sale!), and even know how many of something there is and how many ounces of a product costs...
