Ordered a hard to get digital camera. Phoned to make sure they had the camera in stock. They assured me they did, took my order over the phone, and saved me a few dollars on their already low shipping rates. The camera arrived on my doorstep the next day. They told me also they can usually ship the same day sometimes up until 10:00PM.

They write fraudulent reviews for themselves in here to make themselves look good.

This is the WORST COMPANY you could EVER deal with. They refuse to honor a sound return policy. You are stuck with whatever they send you whether it is a functioning product or not.

pleasant and friendly site. Delivery better than expected. Staff were friendly. I ordered the item which was confirmed by telephone call by staff and processed almost immediately.

I bought a Garmin GPS at this store. The delivery speed and accuracy of the order were fine. When I used the product and found it to be not worth my money, they refused to refund me what I paid for the product. They wanted to refund me 70 dollars less than my purchase price. Although their policy states complete customer satisfaction, I felt completely ripped off.

I ordered an Cisco PIX 501 firewall as their web page said In Stock and shipped within 24 hours. 2 days after I ordered I checked the status and it now says Back Ordered. Now I need to cancel the order and find one locally to install at a client.

If you look at the 5-star reviews carefully, you will see that most of them are posted by people with usernames ending with "dt". They have hired someone to improve their ratings. So it is a bad idea to buy from PC Connection.

I spent over a half hour trying to find someone that would ship a HP transfer kit to an APO address (an overseas military address). No one was willing to spend the extra time to fill out a customs form and take the package to the post office. I did a google.com search and found PC Connection. I received my transfer kit in 8 days! That is amazing for where I'm at. You just don't realize how frustrating it is to be somewhere you can't get the supplies for your printer and then can't get anyone to ship them to you either. You'd be amazed at how many BIG name companies won't ship to military overseas. Thank you for you support!!

PCConnection had wrong parts in description, I got the server with missing parts, and they were not going to do a thing about it. POOR company business. AWEFULL!!!!

I recently ordered a Canon digital Rebel XT in Black. The order taker confirmed they had one and was in stock at the time I placed the order. While I must admit, the shipping was very fast and adequately handled (packing, etc), I was amazed to see that instead of receiving a Black model as the rep had stated she was shipping, it was a Silver body? I called customer support, and all they offered was a Return number and a return with reimbursement (they said there would be no Black bodies stocked in the future). They essentially bait and switched me at the time I placed the order! I am stuck with the Silver body since I got rid of my other camera body and have 2 shoots this upcoming weekend.....what a way to do biz.......I could have ordered and got the same price almost anywhere else if I wanted a Silver body!
