I placed an order and a month later, I hadn't received it. So I contacted customer service and asked them to verify if the order shipped. Rather than emailing me back to let me know the order had shipped, they just shipped out another order. In the meantime, I received the first order and then I received the second order. Customer service is providing me with a postage paid label to return the second order. I think its really refreshing though that they went out of their way to make sure I got my order.
Communication with the customer service obviously failed, but their attempts to rectify the problem was exceptional.

Many of us crossdressers don't enjoy the retail shopping experience and One Hanes Place makes is easy for us to buy all our lingerie and foundation needs.

I was pleased with the product and its delivery but despite their promises to the contrary this company will send you one email a day for the rest of your life. There seems to be no way to ever get them to quit.

I placed my first order at One Hanes Place on 1/7/08. Today it is 1/25/08 and I still have not received my order. When I called to inquire I was told to call them back if I didn't receive it by 1/31. I guess I should have done the express ordering. Unless they are using pony express I don't understand the hold-up.
