When I opened the box of the $600 Skate stroller I ordered, I realized a plastic piece was broken. I contacted them, spoke to someone who said she was going to set up a return with UPS. 4 days passed by and I called to see what was going on and realized that UPS was never contacted. A new customer service representative told me that I could not just return the stroller(although it came broken and I had yet to use it!) He said he would call Peg Perego to see if they would take responsibility. He did not call me back...so I called back again and he said that Peg Perego was not picking up and he left them a message and that he would call me back when they called him, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called Peg Perego myself and they picked up!! They are working with me to solve the issue. I am extremely dissapoined with the customer service and the fact they don't seem interested in solving my problem promptly or at all. I will never shop with them again!!
Had an easy time with this vendor. Purchased my baby monitor from them, and was totally satisified. It was shipped fast, worked right out of the box, and now I can see my son in his crib! A+!

I was in the market for a new blood pressure monitor for my wife when I came across healthchecksystems.com. They were near the top for the lowest price on a OMRON HEM-780 digital blood pressure monitor. I already had bought one thru amazon.com, but it wound up being used, and non functional. That nightmare is for another review though.
I mainly picked healthchecksystems.com because of there closeness to me, as they are located in Brooklyn, NY and I live in Rego Park. Sure enough, it took one day for the thing to show up. I dont like that they use UPS as a carrier, but thats because of my personal hatred towards the shipper, not the supplier. The website seems to offer alot of things, even things that dont go together (baby stroller and a stethoscope? how about a $5,000 scale along with a playpen?) but everything is very easy to navigate, and the checkout process was secure and easy. In fact, I might get me one of them scales; I think I might opt for the lower cost one myself...:)

It's been 9 business days (11 total) since I placed the order. With the exception of the initial e-mail confirming receipt of the order, I've heard nothing. I ordered from 5 different places on the same day; this is the only item I have yet to receive. All other items ordered (even engraved items) were sent in a very timely fashion. It is also the only company that does not allow you to track the progress of your order. An e-mail sent to the company asking for status was not answered promptly. With all the other options out there, will go elsewhere next time. Read more

Never rec'd confirmation of order. I had to contact Healthcheck Systems to check on order status. Was told item was on backorder after I called them!! Needless to say I cancelled my order immediately and purchased same item from another website and at a much lower cost!!! Read more
Their confirmation email of my purchase arrived promptly; however, the follow-up in regards to when the item was to be shipped was awful. I had to call three times to get an answer and then was told that I would need to call again if I wanted to get a tracking number for the item. Read more

I ordered the car seat base from Healthcheck Systems because they were offering the best price with free shipping. I was not in a hurry to receive my package, however, I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day (Friday)... This was the fastest online purchase I have ever made.
