Very easy to order from site. I had to call but that was my fault. The service rep was extremely helpful. Would order again.

I ordered a 1gb ram chip for my desktop, to add to my existing 1gb system.
The chip didn't work with my existing ram, so I ordered another matching chip to cure the problem. My system wouldn't boot and after taking to a repair shop, I found the system would work with original chip, but not Compuvest.com chips. Unfortunately, compuvest said they would not accept returns on new opened products, and I was willing to forfeit a 25% restocking fee for each chip, but the return was beyond the 14 day period. Too bad, so sad for me.
But I felt so much better when compuvest said I could list my chips on ebay.
I will NOT be doing business with Compuvest.com again. Be careful if you order from this company and make sure you check out the product your purchased carefully and within 14 days, and to FULLY READ THEIR RETURN POLICY.

My experience was very poor. I ordered a specific name brand item, and they shipped me substitute item. It was even a "Pull" item and not a factory new item. This is a bait and switch. I did call them and they were having "computer" issues at the time and could not look to order. Read the other reviews and you will see the same issue. (and I should have read the reviews before shopping there) I was very upset because I feel ripped off and they waited my time.

This company was extremely slow at getting my item in the mail. Mailed different carrier and it took more than 5 business days to arrive. Item not as described -No warranty after it states it does. No response from customer service. In one word: inept.

Excellent in everything, site (easy to find items), emails with information about the transaction, reasonable price, reasonable shipping cost, packaging, time to deliver.

I have nothing bad to say about Compuvest, they were nice and helpful, fast and they know what they are doing.I will order from them in the future.

Their products are much higher in price if you perform the proper research. They do not price match and quite frankly rude over the phone. I inquired about Infocus X1 projector and the price is $1089. I have purchased it for $ 799 from another website.

Found the website ordering procedure very easy to execute. Product information was complete. Product was deliver well within the promised period.

First time use, and I liked the experience, would buy from them again. Order (Hard Drive Seagate Barracuda 40 GB) was shipped same day I ordered it, and arrived sooner than I expected, well packed.

I have been ordering from Compuvest for a couple of years. Never had a problem. Only had to return an item once because I ordered the wrong thing. It was painless. I will keep coming back.

This is the second time I have been to this merchant and have had no problems with understanding what the product is and how much it is. Very clear and had no problem getting my first shipment and was very satisfied with product.

Bought a TEAC turntable advertised as new. Received a used non-working, damaged turntable. Refund for purchase was received, but I still needed to pay for round-trip shipping cost (about $32).

Don't even think about it. Bait and switch. Will claim they don't know how to give refund. Etc. Etc. Ordered Samsung ram and they sent schlock generic ram that lists for $25 less on their own site!
