I am still waiting on an order from these morons who said if I ordered by a certain date it would get here by December 23. I ordered several days before that date, and now my tracking number is telling me that my Dad's and my son's Christmas presents will arrive on December 26. Super - that's just what I needed. I will never order from them again. Watch out!

Ordered directly from 99 perfume. They charged my credit card and I never received a response from them that the item had been shipped or that they charged my card. I checked the order shipment status and it showed "not shipped yet." I called them on the telephone and they said the item would be promptly shipped. The order status continued "not shipped yet." I E-mailed them regarding the order status and never received a response from them. Strangely the item appeared at my house from the shipper on time without a return address. All turned out OK, but some anxious moments.

I received the order today and it was the worse experience ever. The perfumes were half-way used and the boxes looked old and wrinkle.Also they were packed in a zip-lock bag !.... what is that? The fragrances are different from the originals. I called customer service to tell them about my experience and the customer service hung up the phone on me!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS MORONS

Wanted to return my order as I accidentally ordered the wrong items three weeks after delivery.  Unfortunately, they have a 14-day return policy.  I had to leave town for a funeral and put off opening my package.  Customer service would not budge and give me a return authorization number (which must be included for the return shipment to be accepted).  Absolutely no exceptions to their policy.  Of course, it was never pointed out when I placed my order or when I received the confirmation email that I only have 14 days in which to return products.  There are much more customer friendly places from which to order your perfume.  My suggestion is to use someone else.

I recieved some bad perfume from these people. After a number of phone calls getting nowhere I had my brother-in-law visit them in Marlboro, New Jersey about 18 miles from his home.

All they have is one person in a 10x10 office printing out orders that come over the internet. She spoke little English and said the owner works out of his house and picks up the orders once or twice a week. Apparently they sell Department Store returns and drug store closeouts.

I've related my experience on several other fragrance related forums and have recieved several replies from others having bad experiences with www.99perfume.com The Better Business Bureau has a number of complaints on file.

I have emailed the company and have left a message for the company about my order. I ordered the Ralph Lauren Blue gift set and gave it as a gift for Christmas and the recipient has informed me that the lotion smells like pure "alcohol" and just smells horrible. It has been a week and a half since I contacted them for the first time and they have yet to respond. Completely unsatisfied and embarrassed that I gave this gift to someone.

I ordered a number of items that they showed as being in stock. They only sent a portion of the items, claiming some were "damaged" so couldn't be sent.

It is hard to imagine that there is only one tube of deodorant or bottle of cologne in stock, so I have to interpret this as a rather dishonest way of saying that they have a poor inventory control system that reports items as being in stock when they are not.

Ok, not great but not that terrible. But then they have the nerve to assess an exorbitant delivery charge for all the items, including those they didn't deliver. I asked them about it and they acted like they had done me a favor by not delivering damaged goods to me.

I don't think so. An honest vendor would operate a lot differently. Telling you what is in stock and what is not, delivering exactly what they promise, and only charging you for what they deliver.

It wasn't worth the trouble for me to keep hounding them to make good. But it was worth the trouble for me to warn you -- find someone more reputable to deal with.

The owners like writing reviews for themselves. The 3 here are from them. In truth, 99 perfume has high prices and, more often than not, are out of stock with the item ordered.

My experience was quite nice with 99Perfume. I received the fragrance on time, and also received a free sample of another fragrance with my order. Product was the same as I find in macy but much cheaper.

The experience I had shopping in this store was great.
Everything was very satisfactory, ordering, shipping very fast and merchandise was exactly what I ordered.

99Perfume sent me two very costly bottles of Jean Patou's "1000" perfume that were so old and maltreated that the scent had turned. I compared it with a current fresh bottle from Saks, and the two bottles they sold me were indeed old and smelled wrong. Two friends and my husband concurred. However, they refused to refund my purchase on the laughable grounds that the bottles had already been opened (duh!), and I was out hundreds of dollars. Intervention by VISA resulted in a partial refund only. Don't even think of wasting your money with these crooks.

I totally disagree with some of the other reviewers for this site. I believe they could be competitors lying about this company. I have been a customer of 99Perfume's since 1999, and purchase fragrances on a yearly basis for my entire family. I get repeat customer discounts and can assure you that all fragrances are authentic. You can compare their selection with any other company, and anyone can tell you that housing such a variety of fragrances cannot be done easily. They have products nobody else does and not only that, when you call them, they always pick up unless the other companies that have voicemails all over the place. I personally like Emma, who always helps me with my orders. I so far know atleast 4 different people in their firm which totally goes against what my colleague in the previous review was stating about this company. Their prices are awesome, and I will continue to go out of my way to write reviews for this company specially when I saw that some of these guys are very dissatisfied against my favorite fragrance company.
