Have worked professionally in the film industry as a makeup artist, stylist, and writer. I'm also a former professional photographer. I traded that lifestyle for M-F work in the technology field, which is after 2 years getting quite dull. But hey, it came with benefits and weekends off! I still do occasional film work in my free time. If there was enough film business in the Northwest, I'd go back to it full time in a heartbeat.
I bellydance, and was into the Indian (Hindu) jewelry and clothing styles before it was "cool." I'm getting a real kick out of the fairly new American Tribal Style dancing. It's a fun challenge!
One of my favorite hobbies is costume design, which I do for dancing, theatre, and any other excuse I have- often Renn Faires for friends.
I love Aerosmith, and recently have really been getting into the music of Shakira. I dig good ol' rock and roll. I still think Queen rocks.
I'm recently tattooed for the first time, with a gorgeous paisley/peacock feather design on my lower back. Yes, it hurt- but I'd do it again.
Oh yeah- I am a damn good cook.
