I like to write reviews of things I think are very good or very bad. I try to put things in my review that I would have liked to know before I purchased the product.
I tend to be a very critical consumer. I find many products to be more cumbersome than need be. I often find myself saying that I could have designed a product better, or wondering whether the company president ever used the product. It amazes me that products on the market for many years are still so flawed in terms of easy of use, design, etc.
I like to get what I paid for and I expect customer service to appease me when I have a problem with their product. If I find customer service to be bad once, I will never buy the company's products again. Simplicity matters to me more than price, though I do not tolerate being ripped off.
