DO NOT be alarmed if you were on my alert list and are no longer on it. I am using pteimann's system to minimize the amount of email. Also, if you put me on your WOT you can be sure that I have you on pteimann's alert system. When I've read enough, I'll put you on my WOT.
Used to be a financial controller for manufacturing companies (13 years). Then I was a substitute High School teacher (and I have 4 gray hairs to prove it). Next I taught Physics to engineering students at a local university (I got the job when 2 of the deans saw me using centrifugal force to get ketchup out of a bottle).
I try to fill my non-net time with volunteer work. We're busy starting a new parish and building a new church. I belong to the University Women's Club which raises money for graduate fellowships. In the past, I was on the local Red Cross Disaster Response Team. You cannot appreciate what those volunteers do until you've either done it or been a recipient of their assistance. It is hard work.
