Hi! I'm Linda. I live near Saratoga Springs, NY. Yes, the race track place. I've been married for 18 1/2 years and have a 16 year old daughter. She got her permit and is on the road...Beware of new drivers!(they are scary) I was born in April, I'm an Aries, moon is in Taurus, rising sign is Libra (For those of you who like this stuff) I'm still a forty something.
My interests right now are:
Eating food cooked by someone else (chefs at really good restaurants). I've cooked for so many years that I now like to make reservations.
Writing poetry for about 2 years now. I have been published a few times. I just started going to open mic nights. Actually I was invited by a woman who oversees a local writers group to read my stuff in public. I'm also a new member of this group, by invitation.
Love hanging with my friends, don't we all! They span the 20s to 70s age range. Age doesn't matter at all. But it helps if you are a little wacky!
I love to travel-been to Hawaii, Bahamas, Jamaica, Baja Peninsula, Cancun, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, various parts of Canada, almost all of the Eastern States,(not such a big deal since I'm East Coast) I know Florida like the back of my hand. Too many retired relatives live there. But Palm Beach is a go back to place. I love Worth Ave. So expensive, I relate to the stores as if they were museums. Can Disneyland be overdone? No! This May we are going to Napa Valley,CA. I'll have to get busy and write some travel reviews..................................To be continued
