Pros: Easy setup, nice on-screen printer interface, card media slots are GREAT, good print quality Cons: Supplied with "Photo" ink cartridge, but makes output look too light...stick with black.
I got this printer as a bundle with a digital camera (see Vivicam review) so I expected little from it when it arrived. Setup was quick and easy, and the software enabled the media card slots with no problem. The slots work even if the printer is ...
Pros: Easy set up. Cool photo software. Great copies. Cons: Cartridges are expensive.

DO NOT Get this Printer for Photoprinting by kashokr ,May 13 '04
Pros: Ease of use and installation Cons: Very Poor quality of Photoprints
First I ordered this printer online. The one shipped after 5 days was having some mechanical problem. The print arm does not stop when I power on the printer.
When contacted LexMark customer support, they said some of the printers have mechanical problems. They replaced it with another one after 3 days.
Once again, this replaced one has the same problem I had before. Again it was replaced next day with a brand new printer. I was happy so far.
We connected this printer and tried to print my daughter's photograph. It was really pathetic to see the color. I had tried changing the settings, selecting Best Quality, Better Quality etc. Nothing worked to my satisfaction. The photos when printed has a greenish tinge over them masking the originality of the actual digital photo. Moreover the printing takes more than 10 minutes for a 6X4 photo on glossy paper.
We are very disappointed with this. We have been planning to print nice digital pictures with this Printer. Looks like we better stick with Walmart photo printing.
