Diamond Audio HEX components are the absolute best buy for the money. When dealing in this price range, you would be hard pressed to find anything to compare to their clarity and purity of sound reproduction. I've listened to other makes with 6-6.5" woofers and none that I've experienced has the punch these have while still able to be delicate with the upper mid range when needed. I'm thoroughly impressed with the smoothness of the tweeters. The cross-overs give you some adjustability in the tweeter setting so you won't have to deal with ear piercing highs. You can get it just right.
They can easily handle 150 watts rms per speaker and do just fine with much less. They are very efficient. If you can afford it, do not allow yourself to be talked into anything less. REMEMBER, KEEP IT LOUD BUT KEEP IT CLEAN!!!
