Cons: Doesn't follow the real legend.

Ive read and heard stories my entire life about the Bell witch, so when the movie An American Haunting came out I was eagar to see it. The movie for the most part is pretty good...if you don't know the legend. The whole reason John Bell died is absurd, no where is that ever in any legend I've ever read or heard. Yeah, its a good movie to see, but I'd recommended reading the real legend after you see the film.

I really enjoyed this movie. I love a good horror flick.. but I really haven't been scared since I was a kid. This one freaked me out a good bit but the end really brought it all together in a way that it all made sense. I would recommend it to anyone whether they liked suspense, horror, or just a good Friday night movie. I truly enjoyed it.
