Pros: It proves Jason Priestly CAN act. It's also a LOT of fun. Cons: Violent and bloody, you'll be amazed at what you find yourself laughing at.
You've probably never heard of this film. It was released in 1995, and sank below the waves. I heard of it only by chance, and first saw it on a bootleg tape copied from the Sundance Channel.
