Great product it turns white rice into brown...but not in a good way. I can not make rice in this thing without it sticking and burning in the bottom of the pot. A call to Oster told me they would be happy to fix it IF I PAID for it!as they no longer make this cooker ( I wonder why) I can't understand anyone giving this item a good review. Because of the poor product and even worse service. I will never own an Oster or Sunbeam (who makes Oster) products again!

My wife and I purchased this rice cooker (4704) at a very reasonable price. It is very easy to clean. The red and yellow lights are cool. There was but one problem with the cooker. We followed the directions without error. The rice sticks to the bottom of the pot and turns brown. I can not understand where all the good reviews come from.
