Pros: Details were available on the web and offline customer service is good. Cons: Sample contract is not available on the web.
I was impressed with the details available on the web. They delivered the vehicle two days before estimated time. They even called back to check on customer satisfaction. Now, that is a good sign of a good service oriented company.

Pros: If things go well, they are dependable. The car gets cleaned too. Cons: If things go badly, their customer service has no options available.

Pros: Fast pick-up Cons: Incompetent driver drove past destination without stopping, adding extra day, frustration, lost wages, etc.

Pros: They quickly take your order and your payment. Cons: Their window for delivery is baloney. No returned phone calls, no returned emails.
