Pros: It's another CastleVania game. One of the coolest game series of all time. Cons: Maybe too addictive. Can be hard on the eyes with the original Gameboy Advance.
CASTLEVANIA: Circle Of The Moon (Konami, June 13, 2001) One of the premiere launch games for the Gameboy Advance is this awesome action/RRG based on the long running CastleVania series. CastleVania Circle of the Moon returns back to it's 2D ...

Pros: Tried and true Castlevania fun, hours of play. Cons: Too dark for the GBA screen, low on depth.
I forget where I heard it, but some horror producer said, "It's not what you see, but what you don't see that scares the hell out of you." Well, After 15 hours of Castlevania: COTM, consider me terrified.
COTM is a good game. It just has one...

Pros: Addictive and rewarding gameplay, excellent combo card system, challenging Cons: Sometimes unforgiving, almost too tough, poor clarity due to GBA screen,
The Castlevania series has certainly come on leaps and bounds over the years. Anyone remember the first NES games would recall the addictive but very challenging gameplay. Indeed while the Mario games at the time were fun and relatively easy to...

Pros: Worthy 'sequel' to Symphony of the Night; this is the reason you bought a GBA. Cons: Dark; at times too challenging.
Before I begin I'd just like to say that I loved the PSX game Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and you can imagine my joy when it was announced that a sequel of sorts was being made for the Gameboy Advance. And after buying this with my GBA, I can...

Pros: Great gameplay. Special ability card system. Multiple game modes. Cons: Hard to see, though that's more the GBA's fault than the games.
The first game I purchased with my Gameboy Advance was Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. I'm not sure what the Circle of the Moon part actually means; maybe I'm missing something, but no matter. Castlevania: CotM is an excellent buy for any GBA owner....

Pros: great game, metroid and castlvania fans will apreciate Cons: screen..to..dark..can't..see
When I heard that the game boy advance was coming out, I wasn’t to excited. I figure I would wait for a little bit to see if the games where any better. It wasn’t until I heard that they had a castlevania symphony of the night clone was I ever truly...

Pros: Great graphics and music, great gameplay, true to the series Cons: Dismally dark scenes are hard to see on the GBA
The Castlevania series of video games has achieved great fame and virtually all long-time gamers would not hesitate to call it a classic. The Game Boy Advance title follows the tried and true Castlevania recipe, and it comes out as one of the best games...

Pros: "RPG elements" greatly simplified from those in the Playstation version; challenging without being frustrating Cons: Dark backgrounds and the GBA screen are a poor combination.
I've been playing games for a long time. In particular, I've been a fan of the Castlevania series for many years, and Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is everything I hoped it would be, and then some. It was a major factor in my decision to purchase a...

Pros: Graphics, Sound, Music Cons: Graphics are hard to see
Castlevainia: Circle of the Moon is a landmark in excellent portable gaming because of its sheer size, gameplay, graphics, and sound. But to say it in more simple terms, this game is G-R-E-A-T.
Gameplay and Storyline- The gameplay of CCOTM...

Pros: Amazing gameplay, sound, graphics, replay, etc! Too many to list! Cons: Dark graphics and below-average character animations.
After playing through many Castlevania games (the multi-character Castlevania III and the 3D Castlevania 64, to name a few), I took an extreme likely toward Castlevania: SotN. This game was a 2D-gamers dream. It took a different approach to the basic...

Pros: Perfect Music. Decent Graphics. Good Story.Automap feature. Controls. DSS system. Cons: overly Dark graphics. Hard to see. Sound effects could be a touch better.
Never fall in love with a vampire, or his games. Circle of The Moon is easy to fall in love with. It's deep, it's engaging, it's LONG and it's entertaining in spades. But it also has it's fair share of frustration inducing problems....

Pros: Beautiful colors, haunting soundtrack, flawless control, many hours of challenging gameplay. Cons: Character animation could be smoother, not a lot of innovation in character abilities.
Finally, 2D Castlevania returns to Nintendo, and what a magnificent return it is. In a somewhat-sequel to Symphony of the Night for the Playstation, you once again take on the role of a whip wielding vampire hunter out to destroy Dracula.

Pros: Excellent in every respect Cons: None
Dracula returns, with the strength of a sorcerer, the English wit of a prince, and the come-back power of Dr. Wily. Seriously, when you have a recurring villain, they live up to the word and recur. But what would Castlevania be without ol' Drac?

Pros: Great replay value, great graphics and sound, deep gameplay. Cons: While not Konami's fault, the game is harder to see than other GBA games.
Before anyone had ever heard of "survival horror" Konami's Castlevania games were scaring gamers back in the 80s on the NES. Castelvania II's (semi-)non-linear gameplay was always a favorite of mine, so I was extremely pleased when Konami released...

Pros: Excellant graphics, buffo sound, vampires, whips. Cons: Hmm.... makes poor salad seasoning.
You know, if I were Dracula, I think that I would take up a new career. I mean, he's terrible at this taking over the world thing. At first, it was just the Belmonts, so you could be like, "Well, he just kinda goes dumb when a Belmont is around, like...
