Pros: Stroller, jogger, bike trailer. Works well as all three. Cons: A bit pricey. Only sold in Guelph, Ontario or on the internet.
I have owned my Wike bicycle trailer for one year and I absolutely LOVE my Wike. It is the ultimate transportation solution for more than one child. I was quite happy using bike seats for my first two children but with the birth of my third ...

Not nearly what I expected
by dufflebaghead ,Aug 14 '07
Pros: It can be returned for a refund Cons: Way too many to list--suffice it to say it wasn't the product we expected.
I ordered a trailer in order to hike and bike with my disabled daughter. If you don't mind something the size of a rickshaw then by all means purchase this (overpriced) *&$*&%! I was so disappointed when I got it. Both my wife and myself looked at it in disbelief. "What were they thinking?" is all we could ask each other. There is no problem shipping to the USA, however go ahead and try and return it--things are much, much different then. It was a veritable nightmare returning this "thing" and it cost me a fortune in shipping. Nothing but LOW PRAISE for Wike and their stupid product.

Very Satisfied!
by bosox05 ,Apr 15 '05
Pros: Light, easy to use, no tools, comfortable, SAFE - dual attachment mechanism plus strap. Cons: Doesn't fit the wife's square-tubed Specialized very well.
I bought my wike three years ago and have logged many miles towing my two daughters. Coincidentally, mine survived a house fire as well. The kids love it and you hardly know it is behind you. Check the out the wike (wicycle.com) before spending twice as much on the Burley.

Love my WIKE!
by stonecrab ,Jul 12 '04
Pros: Great design and construction! Cons: They aren't in local bike shops, but shipping from Canada is no problem.
I got an original Wike bicycle trailer back in 1994, and have had a blast towing my kids around in it. They loved the "chuck wagon" design and they really gave Dad a workout pulling them around in our somewhat hilly neighborhood. Once, I even hooked up the Wike to a unicycle, and pulled it around (I have ridden a unicycle since 8th grade, so don't you readers try this!)
Our house was destroyed by fire a few years ago -that is, all except the garage, which was subjected to intense heat, but no flame. Amazingly, the Wike, which was in the garage, came through that heat virtually unscathed, and is still serviceable today: After 10 years, and surviving the fire disaster, it is still going strong. Perhaps my kids will pass it on to their kids someday.
I have spoken numerous times to Bob and Anna at the Wike company, and have had the most pleasant experiences with all my dealings with them. I would highly recommend both the Wike products, and the company's great customer service.

WIKE customer service
by grazby ,Jul 07 '04
Pros: Cheap Cons: Terrible Customer service
We purchased a WIKE in 2001 for our special needs daughter and it was poorly designed and wasn't suited to transferring her into the trailer.
We tried to use it for a couple of years but she got more frightened of getting into and out of the trailer. We stopped using it.
Recently the manufacturer realized the flaw in the design and released a new model. We contacted the manufacturer and asked whether we could upgrade to the new model. The response was tough luck. A terrible customer experience and I would not recommend this company.
