Pros: Felt great in the store for the short time you lie on it. Cons: Give it a few months and it sags and get the hump in the middle.
We too have bought a Spring Air Never turn and hate it. We actually have had two. The 1st one that we had (Crystal Lake) through J C Penney's started sagging after a few months on us. Yes they sent out their so called inspector to see the mattress who ...

Pros: Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on-for the first few weeks. Cons: Sagged badly and no service after sale.
We bought this mattress, which has a firm foam top, after much research, including a visit to the Spring Air website. On the website they made this claim for the mattress: "Extended Life high density foam resists body impressions for years. In fact, ...

Sags horribly after just a few months
by bourmatnov1 ,Jan 31 '05
Pros: Feels great in the store - but - Cons: When you take it home, the problems begin!
QUALITY: This was probably the worst purchase I ever made. We bought a King size mattress which sagged under each of our bodies after a few months - and we are not big people! I weigh a mere 170lbs and my wife much less but this mattress could not support me. We bought the mattress at the Bon Marche (It is labeled Bon Marche but made by spring air)
WARRANTY: A scam! They send a "Mattress Inspector" to your house supposedly trained by Spring Air. These people are paid for every mattress they can come up with a good excuse to not honor their warranty. They said our warranty was void because of discoloration on the side of the mattress which was probably water. The spot was nowhere near the problem areas nor was it larger than a few inches. Stay away from this company.

Spring Air - Sag City
by sleeplessnites ,Aug 08 '08
Pros: Good for 1-2 weeks. Cons: Back aches guaranteed!
It's true, the Spring Air mattresses are wonderful for about 2 weeks and then turn to mush! Your back starts to ache and you find yourself crawling to the middle of the bed (the only place left that's firm). You have now bought a bed that feels more like you are sleeping in a hole. You find yourself begging your spouse to switch sides, only to find their is a hole on that side as well.
Recommendation: BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

Spring Air - Nature's Rest
by betden ,Sep 15 '08
Pros: It is comfortbale for about 6 weeks and then begins to fall apart. Cons: No customer service and will not stand behind their own warrenty
Cannot believe what a horrible mistake it was to buy this mattress. $2300 and it sags with mountains between us. You can only sleep in one part of the mattress. We turn it every two weeks in an attempt to get comfortable. There is no customer service. After we filed a warrenty claim it was automatically turned down as body impression. I called and asked for someone to come out and look at the mattress and was told there are no inspectors they do everything by pictures. I asked for the name of the CEO and was told they do not know who runs the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY SPRING AIR

Absolutely Awful!
by cel7 ,Jul 08 '08
Pros: Felt good in store. Cons: Felt terrible after a whole night of (trying to) sleep.
I purchased this mattress a few months ago and just a few weeks afterwards I started having the first back aches of my life. The sagging in the middle of the mattress has only gotten worse along with the pain in my back. It is so bad that even though I am a newly wed, I have been forced to start sleeping in the guest bed! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! All the Spring Air mattresses seem to have the same problem - sagging and body indentations! Buyer beware!!
