Pet Sounds Live by Brian Wilson (Pop)

Pros: It's Pet Sounds. And it's live.
Cons: Brian Wilson's voice was off for the first few tracks.

I'm not going to review Pet Sounds the album itself. Let's just start by assuming that it's one of the best albums of all time, which it is. Pet Sounds Live is just that, the entire album, live, as performed by Brian Wilson and company. The accompanying band is just as good as the one in the studio album, while Brian Wilson didn't seem to get his voice to 100% until five or six tracks in, which lead to as least one wince inducing attempt at a falsetto. But hey, it's a live album, and you deal with it. The crowd seemed awfully sedate for a live album, but then again, this was Brian Wilson and Pet Sounds, and not Journey.
