Pros: Easy to use. Remote offers many features. Cons: Never encountered a problem using this player.

Pros: Can record from DVD to VHS if not write protected. Cons: Cannot adjust the auto tracking.
My wife and I bought this player because of the price when we compared it to others. Without the user manual it is a little difficult to program. But despite this, and the auto tracking problem, it is a fairly good machine. Even VHS tapes are clear...

Good very basic VCR/DVD player

Pros: Good versatility. Cons: Will not play DVDs made on a computer. Thus, no home videos.
We purchased this unit 2 1/2 years ago as our children were still watching VHS tapes and we were purchasing DVDs. What I did not realize when I purchased this unit is that it does not play any DVDs made on a computer. Because I want to put all of our home videos on DVD and show them to the kids on the TV, I now need to purchase a new DVD player. I will certainly do my homework next time I make a purchase.
