Pros: Powerful vacuum force, quiet operation, good filter, well designed. Cons: Trying to buy parts and/or accessories from Ridgid is a nightmare.

EXCELLENT Vacuum
by bigjcw ,Dec 07 '06
Pros: VERY quite and powerful Cons: slightly heavy, not worth overlooking this product though!
I bought this after my basement got water in it. I had an old craftsman "screamer" and had wanted a new shop vac for a while. Did some research and come accross this at home depot. Also I live 5 miles from RIGID who makes these so if something goes wrong in the lifetime warranty I am all set!
