One of the best tasting protein shakes on the market. A shake mixed with only water is too thick. However throw in some frozen blueberries, non-fat yogurt and soy milk whipped up with a hand blender and you have a great tasting shake!

I had a protein powder I got at Wal-Mart and it was exactly what it said - POWDER - awful taste. The myoplex was a little more expensive but 10x better tasting.
