Cingular Mobile Phone Service in Los Angeles

Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: Poor customer service; poor connections; frequent dropped calls; increased costs because of poor connections

Pros: absolutly nothing
Cons: anything you can thing of it was bad . service, dropped calls calls

So i had a cingular cell phone and what would always happen is i would never have service and i would always have dropped calls. No matter where i went i would never hae service but everyone else who had different providers would. I didnt even have service in main areas like malls and main highways and freeways, and on top of that my phone from cingular only lasted about six months it was never dropped or anything and when i got a new one same phone it onmly lasted about four months. I am warning you right now never get cingular it will be the worst decision of your life.

Cons: It has a bad connection in many areas and customer service is not helpful

I had a Cingular Phone Service before December but after, I had to sign up with a better company plan. I did not like that in many areas I would be, especially in my own garage or any other public garages, I would loose the connection. Also every time I had called because I had questions or had problems with the single I would be always dissatisfied with the service I had received. I would be put on long holds and bad explanations for the simple questions I had.

I was not the only one tiered from the single failure in many locations but my family as well. My family and friends would get always unhappy not being able to reach me when there was very important for me to receive the call.

The phone had a lot of fun futures on the phone. For example, the fun features I had enjoyed were camera, web excess, speed-dialing, and fun looking banners /screen savers. Also Cingular offers a wide range of different types of phone models which is always good to see.

Cingular defiantly was not my play to be, but it could be yours.
