Pros: Fast B&W output speed, great business quality color. Cons: higher volumes of B&W output required to cost-justify.

Pros: It makes nice copies of black and white images. Cons: Paper jams, overheats, slow printing
One would think this machine is wonderful, but it's not. Printing from the computer causes paper jam after paper jam. If I wanted just plain copies, I'd have bought a cheap model, but this particular model overheats, especially causing paper jams while ...
Pros: Good color quality Cons: poor interface (PC), poor resolution on copier screen for document preview
The unit while having allot of features seems to strike out when it comes to ease of setup. Software install and server configurations for the unit are difficult at best even with the most knowledgeable technician working on it. From a techs point of view this unit is a glorified multifunction color printer that staples and hole punches. Of which too which you still cannot configure what bay does what item.. punching or stapling. The color quality is good but over all ease of setup and use is not for the non technical folks out there. So far 3 out of 4 copier sales companies have said they would never recommend this particular model to their customers again... most won't even take the model in on a trade now.
Me personally I would never recommend this unit to any of my clients.
