Cons: Just not as graphic and thrilling as some of her other books.

I just finished At Risk by Patricia Cromwell. The book is very good in and of itself but if you are a fan of the Scarpetta books it doesn't quite make the grade. While the story does flow well you just don't have the depth of some of the authors previous works. I have enjoyed this author for years now and really like the thrillers but this one was a little more mellow and while still a good book not quite what I expected. Hope that you enjoy it and will be willing to give it a try especially if you like it a little milder and less graphic than some of her other books.
