...being able to keep the baby close yet still have an active lifestyle -- PRICELESS!

by jackie_6626 , Dec 23 '04
Pros: Comfortable, durable, sleek gender-neutral styling, well- designed, nicely padded, high quality.
Cons: Complicated strap adjustments; requires specialized outerwear (although you won't have to buy a baby snowsuit!)
Okay. It's $120. It is, however, so worth it. As an initial matter, it's so well constructed that it will last through five kids. It is comfortable for the baby, and for the parent. We had the original Bjorn and I was starting to feel the pain of ...

Pros: Keeps baby safe, sturdy, easy to clean, safe for your back
Cons: nothing
Intro: My husband and I bought this carrier for our son within the first month that he was born (June 06'). We decided we needed to have a carrier that would enable us to be hands free but still be able to carry our son and keep us close to him. We ...

I love my Baby Bjorn!

by standingtall , Sep 19 '06
Pros: EZ on; EZ off; secure & comfortable; EZ adjustment baby growth & different size grownups.
Cons: Expensive, but worth it.
Initially, I had been given two non-Baby Bjorn carriers when my first baby was born. I didn't like them because the baby hung too low and banged into me alot. I borrowed a friends Baby Bjorn and then went right out and bought the denim one for me. ...

Excellent carrier for active babies and families!

by oliviamom , Oct 24 '07
Pros: Easy to use, good quality, very secure, great accessories
Cons: Heavier babies may put pressure on shoulders
We were given a Snugli when our daughter was born. I attempted to use it a few times to get housework done when she was about a month old and I found it incredibly difficult to get her in and out of it, especially if she was sleeping. As well, she did ...

Best Baby Convenience!

by dagny123 , Mar 18 '08
Pros: Durable, comfortable, easy to put on and reduces stress on neck and shoulders
Cons: Expensive! (But worth it!)
With my first kiddo I had heard about Baby Bjorn, but the price just didn't work for me. I bought another one and it was awful. Just never seemed to fit right and was an ordeal to put on. SO, baby two, I splurged, and this was the BEST purchase. This ...

Snuggle Up Here on My Chest

by dannyzmom Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Jan 10 '02
Pros: Comfortable and adjustable, easy to clean.
Cons: A bit pricey but worth every cent.
Most mothers only have two hands...most mothers need at least three, preferably four.

The Baby Bjorn Carrier provides mothers with a way to hold their babies close to their bodies, safely, and still have the freedom to use both of their hands...

Baby Bjorn Carrier

by alli68 , Feb 23 '03
Pros: Safe place for baby. Very soft, great padding makes it easy on the shoulders.
Cons: Hard to figure out how to put it on at first.
My baby was colicky, and wanted to be held all the time. I wasn't getting anything done until I got the baby carrier. With the baby in the carrier, I could do almost anything. Baby was happy, I could see him, and I could get things done. It's hard to see...

by raqueldylan , Jan 28 '03
Pros: Carry baby, prepare dinner because your hands are free!
Cons: Pricey, straps can confuse.
I have a son, born in 1997, and a daughter, born in 2002. I bought the Baby Bjorn for both children. I loved it the first time, love it the second time.

I used it with my older son until he was about 18 months old. I used it at the...

Worth the extra money!

by mab1492 , Feb 09 '03
Pros: Easy to adjust, baby loves it, safer than other carriers
Cons: Pricey, hard to fold for storage
I highly recommend this product for young babies. I have tried several other carriers, and I feel like my son is more secure in this one and less likely to slip or even fall out. When he's facing forward, I can squat down to pick something up without...
