Review Topic: Overview
I go to Tablerock about 20 times a year. Clear water and much smoother than Lake of the ozarks. It has a Happinin Party cove with many people. (but there is much less nudity and a little more family oriented than the party cove at Lake of the Ozarks.
Lots of Bass to catch, I'd use a guide the first time so you know where the hunny holes are.
Great camping is at the state park at Aunts creek. Full facilitys for tents or big trailers. A short distance from the shoreline is Aunts Creek RV park. Tom and Liz will take excellent care of you. If you have an rv, The Aunts creek RV park has about the best rates of any of 'em and cable and water is provided free, You pay for your electricity. if you have a boat, Tom sells the fuel at Aunts creek RV park for about 30 cents less than filling up on the water. Kimberling city is a 14 minute boat ride or a five minute drive. You'll find Great bars, resturants, gift shops. Branson is about 15 minutes away by car and 40 minutes by boat. They'll be some great Deer and Turkey hunting about right now. Call Tom, He'll point you the right way.
