A Vacation Dream Come True by Cruising on the Crown Princess

Pros: The ship layout was very accommodating. The food was unreal and the entertainment was fabulous.
Cons: The only con I could think of was that my spa treatment ended to soon.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this cruise line to everyone. The stunning decor, food, activities, accommodations, entertainment and the fantastic crew members made this vacation a dream vacation.

I have always dreamed of a cruise vacation. What I experienced on the Crown Princess was definitely a dream come true. I had to keep asking my husband to pinch me, to see if I was really there on this beautiful ship that met all our expectations and more.
I have heard that if you make it through the embarkation process it will be smooth sailing from then. With hearing all of the horror stories I was prepared for the worst. When we arrived in Florida to board the ship we were given great directions prior to arriving. The directions were very easy to read and we didn't have any trouble finding our place with many guides along the way directing us in the right direction. We checked in our luggage and was actually boarding the ship in less than an hour. It was great.
After boarding the ship we were directed to our rooms by a sweet girl who was very accommodating. When she opened the door to our home away from home for the next 7 days, my eyes couldn't believe the beautiful room with a view of the ocean and a nice gift basket on the bed with a bottle of champagne to start the journey of a life time that we would be experiencing. The room with the small bathroom would be perfect, for I knew that we wouldn't be spending a lot of time there with everything else that was offered throughout our cruise.
The food was fabulous to say the least. They offered a wide variety of food to meet everyone needs or wants. It was amazing to see the display of fresh fruit, vegetables, soft drinks and main dishes that was always available at any time. The creative way that they arranged the food made it so you didn't want to disturb the beautiful picture but was always tempted to try a little of everything. The evening meals were very elegant and having the opportunity to dress in an evening gown with my husband in his tux made it seem even more like a fairy tale. Everyone made you feel so special and took care of us so well.
The cruise ship was laid out very well. I was a little hesitant to adventure out on my own thinking I would get lost but with signs and the help of so many cruise members it was easy to come and go wherever I desired.
The pool area seemed to always be the hot spot of the ship with its large pools and hot tubs. There was always exciting and fun activities going on. The talented crew members made everyone feel welcomed. If you didn't want to participate int he activities there was places to just relax and get that perfect tan.
The pool activities were great but the shows in the evening was unbelievable. I felt like I was in Vegas with the beautiful costumes and the great performances that was so well arranged. I just can't say enough for the great performances that we were able to experience each night after a wonderful dinner.
I saved the best for last to try and put into words that would explain the professional treatment that I received at the spa. The spa was so inviting and each individual was so helpful and went beyond to meet my needs. I have been to several spas, but this was an experience that I will never forget. From the massages to the facials and everything in between each day when I left after experiencing the most relaxing and enjoyable time, I was rejuvenated and felt like a million dollars. The prices were reasonable and the several treatments that I received, I wouldn't trade them for anything.
The Crown Princess cruise ship exceeded all my expectations and more. When I left the ship I felt like I was a princess crowned jewels of sparkling diamonds and each diamond representing a memory that I am looking forward to experiencing again.
