I recently flew a flight from Brussels to Chicago on American Airlines Business Class, on I must say it was the most comfortable flight I’ve ever flown on. Immediately upon boarding the flight I was asked by a flight attendant if I would like a glass of orange juice or champagne. Soon after another flight attendant came by offering free newspapers and magazines. There was a closet in which you could store your coat for the entire ride over. I was brought a bowl of warmed mixed nuts, as opposed to the plastic bag of peanuts, and was given a large drink list, which included many fine wines and cocktails. There was a large menu offered, of which I choose the Key West Chicken with pineapple sauce. For desert I had a scoop of chocolate chocolate-chip Haagen-Dazs ice cream. I was able to watch two private movies on the Sony Video Walkman offered to me, and also watched a variety of CBS programs to watch on the main viewing monitor. The seats were extremely comfortable, with a pop-out footrest and lumbar support for your lower back. I was also given a free travel kit, which included earplugs, a toothbrush with toothpaste, tissues, a shoe bag, and clean socks. Overall the flight was extremely comfortable with a very friendly staff. I hope to be able to fly American Airlines again in the future.
