Pros: A really kind crew,

Cons: the smaller planes tend to have bumpier rides

For my first time flying, American Airlines treated me very nice. I did not know what to expect, so I just set in my nice seat. Me and my mom were on the smaller Sabre planes. One thing that is worth mentioning is that my mom is handicapped, and she had to be taken up by a hydraulic lift. Well what was so special about this flight was when we go to Dallas Fort Worth international airport, the captain personally apologized that the lift was not at our pad. That really made me feel special to have the captain apologize. The flight was a little bumpy, but we had a tail wind kicking us around. I told the flight attendant that this was my first flight and she gave me a pair of American Airline souvenir wings, which I still have.
