Mixing personalization through advertising and excellent prices through his $0.99 menu, Dave Thomas has planted a goldmine! A true stand up man when it comes to customer service, he has thoroughly instilled his theories to all branches of his restaurant.
Offering a large range of food, from salads and baked potatoes to chili and classic burgers, there's something for everyone and even every price range at Wendy's. Each item is as hearty as can be expected (with the obvious exceptions of the junior/children's items), so there is no reason to be wary of the low prices.
As you may very well know, customer service is number on in quality of any restaurant or service. All the Wendy's branches I have attended have been as helpful as can be when ordering, and they are quick to fix any mistakes, supplemented by an apology. There are sure to be employees who do not carry this out consistantly, but it is Dave Thomas's intention that his customers be treated the best.
