Pros: easy software, Very small and lightweight, upgradeable, FM radio, Mac and PC Compatible, doesn't skip
Cons: Not nearly enough music storage, expensive for upgrades, expensive buying price, poor carrying case
The Bottom Line: Excellent if an mp3 player is what you want, and don't mind small music capacity. Ipod would probably be a better buy

If you don't mind small music storage then this is a great player. It's easy to use, and learn with great sound quality. I am thinking of returning mine though because I don't feel like spending a lot of time uploading the music I want to listen to for the next day. Not recommended if you change your mind a lot or like diversity in your collection. Not good for travel since there would be no way to change what was on your player. I didn't like the case because you kind of have to jam the player in there for it to fit... the battery flap was weird too, it opens easily, it didn't feel secure.
But as an mp3 player in general it is good. Download time for about 25 songs 10- 15min.
