I bought this product because its reliability. I have a 19" Mitsubishi that I purchased in October of 1976. I have not had one service call on it. Have never had to replace anything in it. The only thing that has gone out on it is the light that lights up the channel dial, other than that it is still working and the color is just as sharp as the day I bought it. I purchased a 32" Mitsubishi in 1996. I've never had a service call on this one either. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants years of reliability. There is nothing I can think of that would be negative about this product. Buy one, you'll be glad you did.
