Pros: Moves are easy to follow, the music isn't annoying, fun.

I bought this DVD because I wanted an aerobic workout that wasn't repetitive and boring like most, and I also wanted a Pilates workout that also included cardiovascular exercise. I definitely saw results.

The only music is a bongo player in the background. No cheesy tunes that get stuck in your head. This is my favorite DVD/video workout of my collection. The moves are easy enough to follow that I can mute the volume and listen to music while I watch it.
