rite on review (Reply to this comment)

I was there that infamous night at the Grande. What a great night. I couldn't agree more that the Grande is the birthplace of punk, the rock capitol of the world at the time.
Brings back many great memories, I'm gonna dig up my old Grande mini posters tonight.

Technically, it was. But the point of my review was to give credit to Detroit, a city that proved to be a catalyst in the development of punk rock.
Thanks for the comment.

Hands down, you wrote a good review, but I thought the birthplace of punk music was New York?

on a classic album.
Kick out the Jams was a paradigm shifter in modern popular music. I expect a high quality on reviews on classics, and you did it justice. Great stuff.

Great Review as usual Headless Parrot. "Kick Out the Jams" is one of the great "underground" songs ever.
