| NorgeH's Full Review: Country Living Gardener Magazine |
I am an avid gardener and Country Living Gardener has become one of my favorite magazines. I enjoy this magazine because it seems to have a more easily understood format. They have very large colorful pictures of plants and flowers and always identify each one. There also seems to be less advertisements inside then some others I have read. They provide a lot of instruction on how regular people, long time gardeners and first time gardeners, can achieve what you see on their pages. I use the magazine quite often while tending to my yard. The section called mapping a garden was quite useful when it came time to pick and plant a tree. It gave step by step easily read instructions that worked great!
As I said, I enjoy looking at several different gardening magazines. I have looked at most likely all that are published. My other favorite is Birds and Blooms. Again, not a lot, not any in this case, advertising to clutter up the pages. Just good tips and ideas to use in your everyday enjoyment of the joys of gardening and being outside. Read and enjoy as I do!
