| zamit7's Full Review: Breverra Metro |
I purchased this for my 2 year old son. I, personally, bought it for the style (I know, very materialistic!) Anyway, when I put it in my SUV, it was soooo easy! Unlike the traditional car seats that you have to put the seat belt in here then it goes in there...this is just a quick 1 step procedure (no finger nail breaking here!).
The material is very soft and very classy looking. My son loves the fact that he has arm rests. He puts his arms up, crosses his legs and relaxes. The 5 point harness is very easy. However, I do recommend going out and replacing the chest clip with one a little more sturdy. Century makes the replacement ones that you can buy at Toys-r-us or Babies-r-Us for about $4.99 each. The one that comes on the car seat is just too easy for the child to remove.
I purchased the Breverra at Wal-mart for $49.96. Great price! However, mine looks a little different (pattern style) then the one pictured here on ePinions.com.
It's just a shame that Century didn't put a small cup holder in the arm rests. That would have been perfect! Other than that, this is a great car seat that my son hates to get out of. Too bad they didn't have this when I was a child. I may have enjoyed car rides a little more!
