Pros: Makes a good cup of coffee.

Cons: COFFEE EVERYWHERE !!!!

The Bottom Line: This is an overpriced coffeemaker and you could get a better quality machine in Mr. Coffee.

I have always thought that KitchenAid was a quality product. Afterall, my free-standing mixer is the best I have ever had. As is my food processor. But when it comes to coffee makers, that missed the boat.

I assumed that buying a quality name brand like KitchenAid that the product would be a good one. Boy was I wrong!! The pause-and-serve feature does not work, when pouring the first cup of coffee, it dribbles down the pouring spout only to find it all over my cabinets and floor. If I pour it over the sink (as I now do) 1/2 a cup goes down the drain.

I sent KitchenAid an email over two weeks ago and have not received a response yet. Makes me want to rethink the assumption I made that their products are good.
