A dishwasher that actually washes dishes

I have waxed rhapsodic about this dishwasher to family and friends and thought I would share it with the world.
I chose this dishwasher for a few different reasons.
First and foremost was its low water use. We are on a well with a water system so we are paying to purify every ounce of water that comes into our house. It is also more energy efficient as a result. It's wonderful stainless steal interior resists the hard water stains that did my previous dishwasher in.
It heats the water to a higher temperature than other dishwashers, so your dishes are really clean.
Once it was actually in my house, the things that have pleased me the most are how very quiet it is, how easy it is to load, and it's cleaning abilities.
With my old dishwasher, I could not have a telephone conversation in the kitchen while it was running. Now I can be standing right next to it and hardly hear it at all.
It has adjusting racks to allow you to accommodate even 10-inch dinner plates on the TOP rack. My thrill is being able to wash my wine glasses standing up and they come out with no spotting. The fold down racks on the bottom allow for large pots. Flip-down racks accommodate smaller items and cutlery. These hold plastic children's cups so they don't flip over.
But my greatest thrill is that it actually cleans things without my having to pre-wash them. I had never experienced a dishwasher that actually delivers clean dishes before this. It's liberating. It has freed me from tedious pre-washing of dishes and scrubbing of pots.
We have noticed that it performs best with the manufacturer recommended electrosol tabs and jet dry rinse agent.
The biggest drawback is the price. This dishwasher was partially a gift. We probably would not have bought a dishwasher in this price range otherwise.
