I'm still waiting....

Pros: monopoly

Cons: horrible customer service, take-forever-installation, easily shut down computer system, clueless staff......

The Bottom Line: Try other options such as satellite tv if you have.....

I called almost ten times, talking with different people and giving them my address information again and again and again.... They don't seem to have a consistent data system for new customers waiting for the service.... It usually takes forever to get your data in, and you have to be patient to wait for their techinician to do survey in your area, and then be more patient to have them get your cable connected..... In my case after almost two weeks I am still waiting....

Tip: 1) always ask the operator's name in case they lose track again when you call next time....

2) if you have other options, say satellite tv available, don't go to Comcast!!
