I have had so much fun since I purchased this scanner!It is so easy to use.I was a little intimidated by it at first,but the directions are easy to read and follow and in no time you will be scanning anything you can get your hands on.
I am an amateur photographer and I have been pulling out some of my old treasures and touching them up a bit with the free software that is included in this package,Picture Works Photo Enhancer is great,you scan a picture,go to PaperPort and double click on your picture,that takes you to Picture works.You can resize,crop,add anotations,highlight and so much more,it is very addictive!
You can scan photos,documents,newspaper articles directly into the PaperPort software.PaperPort is a image-based system for managing your scanned documents or images.
With Visioneer you can Scan,fax,copy or email.I have had this scanner for 9 months now and I have had no problems.If you are looking to purchase a scanner I suggest this one,you will love it.
