This is by far the best PDA i have ever tried. Despite it's simplicity, it is by far the most functional device there is. I've used color PDAs, PDAs with keyboards, and keyboards with Microsoft operating systems. All the Programs are intuitive and simple, and provide exactly what is needed to do the job, and NOTHING ELSE. Don't let this lack of flashiness put you off, it is its best part. The flashiness comes from it's cool looking metal case and it's small size.
The extra storage space on the Vx over the V (8MB vs. 2MB) is well worth the extra money. It is unlikely that you will run out of space, even if you have large folders in your e-mail.
There, now i've told you the advantages, and this is the part of the review where i'm supposed to list the disadvantages, to make it a balanced argument, etc... But i honestly can't think of any, so never mind.
Good accessories to get are the keyboard and the Modem. The Keyboard is a must if you want to write documents or e-mail. The modem is not something you will want to get if you are not a frequent traveller and will have access to your computer all the time. You'll only really need it if you have no other way of getting online, since it is usually a hastle to find a phone line to plug into and connect to an ISP.
