It's nice to see cars like Saturns in these days of excesses. I'd like to see more of these than the SUVs I see too many of these days.

I'd look at safety reports (Reply to this comment)

in Consumer Reports crash tests first before buying a Saturn. Also, if the back seats are comfy that's a terrific improvement over previous years models which were uncomfortable in the extreme, IMHO.

I own an '88 Taurus (which I've written about) and my mother just bought a '00 Ranger. I thought the Taurus was a fluke, but now with the Ranger Mom and I are both dissillutioned with Ford... Glad your Saturn's working out for you. They are such snazzy cars.
