After a bad experience with my ford explorer I decided to look for something else. After noticing the amount of civics on the road I looked at some. After driving this car for the first time I realized why there were so many. The drivers view of the road is the best I have ever seen from a small car. The seat height is perfect for getting in and out of, And room inside is great. There is no reason why 2 or 3 adults could not fit in the back. The annoying transmission hump is not in this car which makes for even more comfort for the people in the back. The 1.7L engine is more powerful then one would expect from a little 4 cylinder and gas mileage is great.The styling of this car is nice. It has a sporty look for a 4 door but not so sporty the police follow you. The controls are easy to use and handling and performance are very nice for factory.

After buying the car i installed a cold air intake in it and the difference is unbelievable. acceleration is great and fuel economy became even better. 460km for $50.00 gas. I have now had the car for 6 months and it has been perfect. No problems and even in the winter the car can make it through heavy snow with little to no problem. Highway driving is nice, the car responds to twists in the road and dose not lose power going up over hills like most 4 cylinder cars.

The only things I do not like about this car is the rear speakers are hard to change, and the road noise is a little bit loud. Other than that the car is great!

Update march 2008

The car is still running perfect. After two years and 30000 km still no problems to report. The car has over 180000km now and the only things done with it is oil changes and tires. One thing that has gone wrong is the paint on the hood has started to crack.
