Cons: No cons with the car, customer service difficulty with some independently owned Saturn dealers

I especially liked your info on the dealers.
You mention the water-based paint. The EPA requires this in all US assembly plants by a certain year (which might have come already). Regular paint shops produce many harmful emissions. Unfortunately, just about every automaker has had trouble getting good quality paint with the new processes. Early on many had trouble with the paint flaking off. Such is the price of clean air.

I really liked your review and I noticed you spent quite some time on it. But, please, dump the list of specs!!! It takes half of your review, it's found at the manufacturer's page (therefore useless to be here) and, frankly, it's an eyesore. I want to hear about your experience, not the boring specs!
Seriously, you don't need those in there. It only makes it look like you were trying to fill your review to make it to the 100-word minimum; thus, taking points off your reliability. Is that what you wanted?
