Pros: - Healthier than gel-filled alternatives.
- Comfortable, breathable, effective (even overnight).
Cons: - Occasionally sticky tabs don't function properly but this happens with Pampers and Huggies too.

| sarahsf's Full Review: Tushies the Gel-Free Diaper |
We have used cloth on our son since he was born (he's now aged 18 months) and have used Tushies at night since he started sleeping longer periods. We also use them if we go out. They are great - comfortable, and hold a lot. They rarely leak and are infinitely preferable to Pampers etc, as they contain no absorbent gel (which has been linked to diaper rash, and lowered sperm count in males, among other things).
They're definitely bulkier than the gel-filled diapers but this has not held back our son from crawling, walking and moving about. They also don't smell of artificial perfumes and are totally natural.
Incidentally, the cheapest place I have found to buy these is on Amazon.com (about $43 per case, containing 4 packs).
