Pros: Works well as a bath seat for older babies who need support sitting up
Cons: My son seemed to slip around in it ALOT when he was a young infant
The Bottom Line: This tub works great for older infants who can sit up in the bathtub but need that little extra support. However, I would not recommend it for young babies/newborns.

I rec'd this tub as a gift when my son was 3 months old.
Some of the features on the tub was it was a 2 in 1 combo; it could be used as an infant tub or an older baby tub seat.
The tub came with suction cups that stuck to the bathtub for the "non-skid" benefit. I found that they worked pretty well.
It was pretty easy to switch it from infant tub to a tub seat.
The CONS:
This first time I used it was when he was 3 months old. I set the tub on the kitchen sink and prepared his bath. I put him in the tub only to find that he did not fit in it; he was too long. If his butt sat at the bottom of the seat, his legs were straight up in the air and his neck was kinked. If I tried to sit him up a little further in the tub, he would just slide down, or over the side of it. I didn't find the tub to be safe because my son was always slipping and sliding around in it. I found it very difficult to bathe him. I tried to put a hand towel in the tub for some leverage, but it didn't work. I did not find that the "toy bar" was convenient during this stage because infants kick and he kept hitting his heels on the spin toy. I can't imagine that felt very good. I ended up buying a $3.00 foam bath pad and just bathed him in the regular bath tub.
The PRO's
We did give the baby tub another try when my son was 9 months old. He sat up in it and liked it a lot. I was much more pleased with it using it as a "toddler bath seat" then an infant tub. My son liked the spin toy that was on the front bar of the seat. Another positive aspect was the front bar was wide enough in the middle so he could set a couple of his other toys on there and play.
I rec'd note from another consumer asking why I did not recommend this product, even though I was happy with it when my son was an older infant. The reason I would not recommend it is because it does not make sense when you pay for a 2 in 1 combo bath tub, and can safely use it one way. You're paying for something you can use only half of, if you understand my point!
