I’m a huge fan of The Body Shop’s Foaming Bath’s. While they are intended to be used as a bubble bath, I generally use them as my daily shower cream/gel. The reason for that is The Body Shop’s Shower Gel’s aren’t always as hydrating as I’d like and their Shower Cream’s seriously lack lather.
Product Information
Packaged in a flip top clear plastic container, The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath will cost you $17 for 13.5 fl. Oz. The bottle states: “exotic bathing bubbles with moisturizing mango extract”. The product itself is a mango colored syrupy liquid.
My Experience
Since my skin is highly picky I’m unable to use many popular bath products (Bath & Body Works, Philosophy 3-in-1’s) but The Body Shop’s products agree with my skin. Some more than agree with my skin – some make my skin softer, smoother and thus healthier looking. I’d have to say that The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath is one of those products!
I’ve been using The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath daily for past few months. I rarely take a bath and thus I use it as a shower gel/cream with a bath pouf. Not much of this product is needed to get a lovely lather going. The Body Shop’s Foaming Bath’s are fabulous if you love your bubbles, like I do. I’ve found The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath to rinse very easily off my skin. It leaves my skin feeling, soft, clean and slightly hydrated.
Although I rarely take baths I have used The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath as a bubble bath and it is delightful. I add the product under running water and the bubbles it produces for my bath is fabulous. I like soaking in the water – it always leaves my skin feeling like it’s been pampered. Not to mention that breathing in deeply the scent of The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath adds to the whole relaxing experience of a bubble bath.
The scent is like a light, creamy mango. It’s delightful and not over bearing. I’ve found that when used as a shower gel/cream on a bath pouf the scent does not linger on my skin. When used as a bubble bath it does linger for several hours – probably because of the whole soaking in it vs. rinsing it off quickly.
For me there are no real cons to this product. However I will say that I’m not overly happy that The Body Shop recently redid their Foaming Bath’s and put them in smaller bottles and yet raised the price by $1 in the process. Even so I'm still paying the price they're asking for. I do tend to look for sales or special offers to help with the cost.

If you’re looking for a delightful, soft mango scented bath/shower product to pamper yourself with The Body Shop’s Mango Foaming Bath fits that bill perfectly! I can’t say this is a must have, but it’s certainly a nice to have.
